Hi, I’m Jordan Duncan! I’m a hairstylist with 6 years of experience, passionate about creating lived-in, natural color that grows out beautifully and fits seamlessly into your lifestyle. I believe great hair should make you feel confident, effortless, and totally you. When I’m not behind the chair, you’ll find me with my husband, Devin, and our two dogs, Charlotte and Hank. We’re currently counting down the days until we welcome our first baby! I love traveling, spending time with friends, hunting for treasures while thrifting, and—of course—anything and everything hair. My goal is to give each guest not only gorgeous, healthy hair, but also a fun, relaxing experience from start to finish.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation & Late Policy Your appointment time is reserved just for you, and I value both your time and mine. Please review my policy before booking: • Late Arrivals – If you are 15 minutes late or more, I reserve the right to cancel your appointment and a late cancellation fee may apply. • Cancellations Within 24 Hours – Appointments canceled less than 24 hours before the scheduled time will be charged 50% of the service total, as I will be unable to fill that spot on short notice. • No-Shows – If you do not show up for your appointment without notice, the card on file will be charged 100% of the service booked. This policy ensures I can continue to offer the best availability to all of my guests. Thank you for your understanding and respect for my time!
